The building blocks of our reality...

EARTH

Begin to feel the bones. Walk your mind from the crown of your head to your toes. Can you feel the weight and the width of your structure? Feel the heaviness of the earth element in your body. Feel your bones respond to you witnessing them. We ask them to allow us to heal through our connection to the earth and our loving intention. 

 

WATER

Blood, circulation. Womb space. Water that holds new life. Cleansing. Allow the waters within you and the emotions they carry to flow by freely. Bless your water, Water of my being may I be purified by my loving attention. 

 

FIRE 

Cellular, transforming energy within. Fire in my belly fire in my eyes. Feel the healing warmth of your digestive fire gently burning away, heating us and maintaining our lust for this life. Fire within, may you be healed by my intentional focus and dedication.

 

AIR

Movement, lungs, diaphragm. The act of transportation in the body. Moving thoughts, feelings, communication between organs, removal of waste, breath. Lightness. Let your body guide you to the air within. May we be shown the way of the light. 

 

SPACE 

Limitless. The space between things. Spacious element. We need space to flow through. We need space to grow. Feel the space inside you and outside of you. Our energetic body. Boundless expansion. May we be an open channel for divine love and consciousness. 

 

 

Feel the elements awaken in you. Notice which ones are stronger, notice what they are telling you. Become aware that once we tune into them it allows them to also tune into us.

 

This is Ayurveda.

 

This is our bodies wisdom.
